RATE CALCULATOR (First American Title Insurance Company of New York)

      The new rate program has additional scenarios added reflecting the new requirement of basing rate calculations on
      mortgage priority when there are multiple mortgages as shown in Section 19 of the TIRSA Rate Manual. In addition, it
      has the capability of computing the percentage endorsements based on either straight mortgage rates or construction
      loan rates depending on what is charged for the loan on the six endorsements that had the rule change in Section 25.
      Said endorsements are: First Loss Endorsement, the four (4) Revolving Credit Mortgage Endorsements and the
      TIRSA 9 Endorsement. For the most current version of the TIRSA Rate Manual,
