Consequently, our department remains an industry leader in continuing education for our agents. Throughout the year, the New York State Agency Department offers our agents, both principals and clerical staff, a multitude of workshops and seminars. Our mission is to continually provide professional knowledge, backed by a network of support and training to meet the challenges inherent in the ever-changing real estate market. Our Underwriting and Training staff utilizes classroom settings, topic specific materials and an on-going dialogue with our agents to encourage and cultivate our educational status. We believe, that through this education, our agents will have the tools that will empower them to excel.
