A key component of the First American philosophy is the need to remain at the forefront of change in the real estate industry.  Consequently, our department remains an industry leader in continuing education for our agents.  Throughout the year, the New York State Agency Department offers our agents, both principals and clerical staff, a multitude of workshops and seminars.  Our mission is to continually provide professional knowledge, backed by a network of support and training to meet the challenges inherent in the ever-changing real estate market.  Our Underwriting and Training staff utilizes classroom settings, topic specific materials and an on-going dialogue with our agents to encourage and cultivate our educational status.  We believe, that through this education, our agents will have the tools that will empower them to excel.
